La Lucha Continúa - introduction to state groups initiative
In 2020, Democrats won the White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives. However, for too long we have paid insufficient attention to down-ballot offices at the state and local level. In 2021, it has become all too apparent that many important decisions are made and actions are taken in state legislatures, and that if the power of those offices is in the wrong hands, the results can be dire.
The state group initiative was conceived as a way of increasing overseas Americans' awareness of what is going on in their home states, and what they can do to help from afar.
State groups have already been formed for AZ CA FL GA MI NC OH PA TX VT and WI. Don't see your state? Adopt one or recruit members for a new group.
