Hi, I’m Patsy Buell Stierna. I'm a retired teacher, artist, and author who normally lives abroad in Melbourne, Australia, with my wonderful Australian partner. But this year, I’m in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin, and I’m staying here until November 5th.  

I’m volunteering for local Democratic candidates and talking to my neighbors. Some are stuck, but others are really on board to beat Trump. One elderly white working-class neighbor just yesterday said, “I think it’s time to let Kamala run.”

I was excited to hear that Biden had endorsed her for the race. I think we can all support this candidate and vote for her, not just against Trump.
