Skåne Chapter Annual General Meeting
Dear Skåne Chapter Members,
On Thursday, April 1st the Democrats Abroad Sweden Skåne Chapter will hold our Annual General Meeting.
This will take place online via Webex and will begin promptly at 6:00pm. This meeting is an essential part of maintaining the chapter’s presence in the region and continuing the progress made over the last several years.
During the meeting, we will nominate and elect Skåne Chapter members to the offices of Chairperson and Secretary. We are currently looking for members who would like to run for these offices. If you are interested, please respond to this mail with a short bio by Sunday, March 28th at 5:00pm.
Candidates will be nominated and voted for during the online meeting. We will also discuss the possibility of creating other offices for interested members which cater to their interests and skill sets. Examples of these might be: organizing committee member, event organizer, social media officer, etc. You can attend this meeting with this link.
The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
6:00 - 6:15 pm - Arrival and Review of Agenda
6:15 - 6:30 pm - Attendance/Proxy Attendance Roll Call
6:30 - 6:45 pm - Call for Floor Nominations & Vote for Offices
6:45 - 7:30 pm - Discussion of the Creation of New Offices
