Register Together – Joburg

The US midterm elections are just around the corner. All House seats, 35 Senate seats, 36 governorships, and hundreds of state and local government seats are up for election in November 2022. The most intense phase of the 2022 midterm election has officially begun. All eyes are now set on the November 8 election, and Democrats Abroad, the official arm of the Democratic Party overseas, is hard at work mobilizing voters – including right here in South Africa.

Please stop by our informal meetup on Saturday 17 September, to meet other DASA members, discuss the elections and learn about how to register to vote from abroad. Invite   friends who are new to South Africa or who need a nudge to register and vote this year. Every ballot counts!

You can request your absentee ballot at www.votefromabroad.org Be sure to ask for your ballot to be delivered to you by email and look carefully at your state’s processes.
