Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives have become a flashpoint in today’s political landscape, often misrepresented and misunderstood. But DEI isn’t just a corporate buzzword or a partisan issue—it’s a fight for fairness, opportunity, and justice that impacts us all.
Join us for a critical discussion on why DEI matters, who benefits, and how we can push back against efforts to dismantle it. We’ll unpack the myths, explore the stakes, and strategize ways to defend and strengthen DEI in our communities, workplaces, and institutions.
