Ballots are coming September 21! Are you ready?

Do you have a Ballot Return Plan?

Ballots are arriving in your inbox as of September 21, if you requested delivery to your email address. September 30th is the last recommended day to take advantage of the US Consulate’s Diplomatic pouch here in Guadalajara.

The new address is: Av. Manuel Acuña 3410, Col. Monraz, Guadalajara. Your ballot should be in an appropriately addressed envelope, following the instructions that come with your ballot. If you are able to print the postage-paid template, you will not need a stamp.

👉 Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

👉 Cost: None. 

If your state permits you to return your ballot using EMAIL or FAX returns, these are preferred methods, please use them, they are safe and fast.

If your state is on the following list, you MUST return your ballot by mail, using the Diplomatic Pouch is a free option for you to do so. The Diplomatic pouch ballots will be delivered to the US and put into USPS mail. You will need to return your ballot in advance of the November election because this method can take a few weeks.
