SAVE THE DATE: August 28th Meeting and Election!

Join us on Thursday, August 28th at 11:00am for a general meeting AND our first leadership election!  After two years as a start-up precinct, we're going to become a full-fledged Democrats Abroad chapter in September, putting us on equal footing with Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Alicante.  As a step in that direction, we'll be electing a new Chair and Vice Chair at our August meeting. (Carey Ramos, who has chaired our precinct for the last two years, will be stepping down but plans to stay very involved in our chapter.).

We currently have one candidate for each position, but if anyone else would like to be considered, please reply to this message.

We hope to see you on the 28th!  Plus-ones are welcome, though only Democrats Abroad members will be voting.
