DA-Denmark Book Club reads Ijeoma Oluo's So You Want to Talk About Race

DADK has a book club which meets on the third Tuesday of each month in Hellerup. This month, we meet on June 16th, from 6:30-8:30pm at Books & Company (Sofievej 1, 2900 Hellerup). Suggested (but not required) cash contributions of 50 kr. will be gladly accepted, but only from US citizens. Although we are back to meeting in person, we welcome anyone wishing to join in by video link - write to Kim Chopin (email below) to arrange this.

This month, we are reading and discussing Ijeoma Oluo's So You Want to Talk about Race. July is a holiday month for the book club, but we will be back in August to discuss Ezra Klein's Why We are Polarized

As always, please bring in ideas for future readings, both fiction and non-fiction, to add to our list of possibilities – we consult this list when choosing future book club choices. A small number of book club books are available for purchase from our bookstore Books & Company, who have now started home delivery of books in the Copenhagen area.
