DA Denmark Book Club Planning Meetup: Online

Do you enjoy reading books that explore the politics, history, current events, and culture of the United States and its impact on the world? Do you like the idea of being a part of a community that enjoys lively and thoughtful discussion? Then the DA Denmark Book Club could be the place for you! This month we'll meet online on Tuesday, September 20th from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm to say hello to old friends, get to know new ones, and choose the books that we will be reading and discussing for the next 6 months. Some of our past reads include The Deepest South of All: True Stories from Natchez, Mississippi by Richard Grant, Midnight in Washington by Adam Schiff, On Earth We Are Briefly Gorgeous by Ocean Vuong, Empire of Pain: The Secret History of the Sackler Dynasty by Patrick Radden Keefe, There There by Tommy Orange, and Love and War in Afghanistan by Alex Klaits and Gulchin Gulmamadova-Klaits. Please come with suggestions!
