"This November, U.S. voters will decide either to 'Keep America Great' and re-elect Donald Trump to the Presidency or to choose former Vice President Joe Biden to 'Build Back Better Than Ever' as the country's next President. What does each candidate stand for? What are the consequences of this choice?
Debating the positions of the candidates on pressing issues – such as the coronavirus pandemic, the U.S. economy, race relations, taxation, the environment, policing, and immigration – will be Candice Kerestan and Dr. George Weinberg.
Candice Kerestan, a political scientist based in Munich, is the current Chair of Democrats Abroad Germany. Democrats Abroad, the official arm of the Democratic Party for Americans living overseas.
Dr. George Weinberg, a businessman based in Berlin, serves as the Executive Director of Republicans Overseas Germany.
Both organizations are dedicated to helping U.S. citizens participate in the American political process and vote from abroad.
Moderating the debate will be Prof. Dr. Michael Hochgeschwender, professor of North American Cultural Studies at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich."
