DASA 2023 Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all members of Democrats Abroad South Africa (DASA) that:
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members will be held virtually (or in person) on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 5:30pm SA time to consider and act upon the following matters:

1. Approval of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
2. Report from the Chair for the preceding year
3. Treasurer’s Report on accounts for the period January 2022 – March 2023
4. Results Announcement for the new Executive Committee and 3x DPCA Voting Representatives (for the period 2023 – 2025)
5. Consideration of other matters as may properly come before the meeting.
6. AGM Closing
