DNC Summer Meeting 2022 - Pre-Meeting Town Hall

The Democratic National Committee will be holding its Summer Meeting on September 8-10 in Maryland.  The eight members of the Democrats Abroad DNC delegation will be attending.  In order to prepare for the meeting and to inform our members of what will be happening (and get input from them), we will be holding a Town Hall to discuss the upcoming meeting.  Among the topics that will be discussed at the Summer Meeting The Town hall will be a Zoom meeting on September 1 at 10 AM Eastern time (Washington, DC time).

At the Summer Meeting, we will be discussing, among other things: the  2024 Call to Convention, the 2024 Delegate Selection Rules and amendments to the Charter & Bylaws, as well as proposed nominations for DNC members to fill current vacancies.  You can find the draft Call to Convention (marked from 2020) and the 2024 Delegate Selection rues (marked from 2020) as well as proposed  amendments to the Charter and Byaws. (You will note that some of the proposed Amendmenta concern Democrats Abroad - basically carifying some ambiguities in the current Charter and Byaws.) There is also a link below to the Proposed Resolutions to be presented at the Meeting.
