Join the Democracy Squad

Social media has always been a powerful tool for reaching Americans abroad and helping them vote. But now, with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn banning political ads, we need a new approach to keep reaching voters.

That’s where you come in.

We’re launching the Democracy Squad — a group of dedicated volunteers who will help spread the word about VoteFromAbroad.org on social media. It’s simple, effective, and crucial for turning out the overseas vote in 2024 and beyond.

Here’s what you’ll do as part of the squad:

• Share ready-made posts, memes, and messages (provided by us!) on your personal accounts and/or local expat groups.
  
  
• Help amplify accurate voting information regularly — just a few minutes a week makes a big difference.
  
  
• Be part of a digital network committed to defending democracy, one post at a time.
  
  

We’ll make it easy — all content will be provided, and you’ll get tips for maximizing reach. If you're active on social media and care about making sure every American abroad can vote, we need you.
