Vote, Donate, Volunteer
Voting is an Environmental Act! The most important thing you can do is vote for Democrats and remind your friends and family to vote in the elections this year and every year. Voting is both a right and a responsibility of citizenship. Although individuals are not required to vote by law, voting is an essential component of every democracy. Citizens participate in the democratic process by casting votes.
Overseas voters can request your absentee ballot today at https://www.votefromabroad.org/
Voters in the US can register to vote and verify they are registered to vote at https://iwillvote.com/
Voting gives you an opportunity to weigh in on who you want to represent you in various government bodies and to participate in deciding whether ballot measures should be approved or not.
Even small donations have an impact. Democrats Abroad is an all-volunteer organization and our ability to operate and get out the vote (GOTV) hinges on our donations. Democrats Abroad was the margin of victory in several key races in 2020. Our votes make a difference. A $5 or $10 donation is just as important as a $1,000 donation. Make a donation today or someday soon: https://www.democratsabroad.org/donate_geccc
Volunteer with the ECCC! Can you help us get out the word to overseas Americans about the climate crisis – and that their vote can make a difference?
We’re looking for:
- Copywriters
- Video editors
- Social media contributors
- Researchers for GOTV, Comms, and our Watchdogs group, exploring the causes and solutions to addressing climate change.
- And more.
