Brazilian journalist and activist Bruno Toledo Hisamoto will be joining us to discuss important recent trends in Brazil and how they are vital to the health of the Amazon, the planet, and the future of democracy in the region.

 

Bruno Toledo Hisamoto is an environmental journalist and Ph.D. in International Relations at the University of São Paulo (USP) in Brazil, with research on UNFCCC negotiations, post-Cold War humanitarian crises, and Brazilian foreign policy on environmental issues (biodiversity and climate change).
