DAUK December Council Meeting

All Democrats Abroad UK Members are invited to join our Council Meeting on 10 December 2025!

As per DAUK Bylaws, we are required to hold two DAUK Council Meetings a year. Following our November Council Meeting where we heard fantastic updates from the DAUK Officers, Chapters, Caucuses, and Committees, our December Council Meeting is designed to be co-creative and dialogue-focused.

Date: 10 December 2025 

Time: 6:30-8:00pm

Hybrid: online via Zoom and in-person (full address details and Zoom joining instructions are provided in RSVP confirmation email).

To do something a little different for the holiday period, we are pleased to host the in-person element at a cool new bakery space in Covent Garden.

Festive Holiday dress such as ugly sweaters are encouraged but not required!

Interactive Break-Out Rooms

We’re excited to introduce a breakout-room activity designed around the interests expressed by our Council Members in November.

All attendees will be able to choose which breakout group they’d like to join (available both in-person and online), with each space focused on strategizing, brainstorming, and exploring ways to get more involved in key areas of our work:

• Get Out the Vote (GOTV) initiatives leading up to the 2026 Midterms, including planning for International Voter Registration Day (Jan 15)

• Protests, Activism, and Resistance activities, led by our First Amendment Events Leader, Portia Kamons

• Fundraising and Events Programming, including major events such as the Comedy Night, Independence Day Picnic, and more!

Each breakout session will run for 20 minutes, and with 40 minutes total, you’ll have the chance to participate in two different groups. We look forward to your energy, ideas, and collaboration!
