"VOTE YOUR BALLOT" DAYS IN ROME

VOTE! VOTE! VOTE! - October 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15

Democrats Abroad-Rome will host voting opportunities for the Rome community next week (see list below for days, times and locations).

There are several ways you can take advantage of this opportunity to vote:

1. Bring your completed ballot to one of the locations below.  We will take it to the U.S. Embassy for posting to the U.S.

2. Bring your incomplete ballot - Dazed and confused by your State voting rules and requirements? What goes in which envelope? Who signs what? Do I have enough postage? Don't worry - you have plenty of company! (This is an affliction suffered by all age groups, genders, education levels, etc.)  Bring your ballot and mailing instructions to one of the locations listed below and we will help you sort it out to make sure your vote will count!

3. Vote a Federal Absentee Write-in Ballot - Did not receive your State ballot, yet? Tired of Waiting? Worried your vote will not be counted? Come to one of the locations listed below to complete a Federal Absentee Write-in Ballot, which allows you to vote at least for President, Senator and Representative (some States also allow write in votes for other offices and ballot questions).  If your full State ballot shows up later, you can still fill it out and send it in; if it arrives before your State deadline, the Board of Elections will replace the Write-in Ballot with the full State ballot.

After voting, hang out with us and talk politics or anything else on your mind.

Don't forget to bring your State Driver's License or other official State/Federal ID, preferably with your U.S. voting address on it. (If all else fails, bring your passport.)
