About the Position

Democrats Abroad (DA) was the margin of victory for Joe Biden in Georgia and Arizona. We’re determined to deliver scale-tipping votes in races across the United States again in 2022. In order to do so, we must be guided by data to develop our outreach campaigns, regularly evaluate their effectiveness, and react agilely as necessary.

  • In coordination with the DA International Executive Committee and the State Teams Coordinator, work with stateside partners to obtain raw external data on overseas voters and turn it into a form that can be easily used and analyzed
  • Scrub and process external data on overseas voters for use in DA voter outreach campaigns
  • Securely maintain available external voter data for use and analysis, in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data privacy laws
