This is our chance to flip the Wisconsin State Supreme Court to a liberal majority! The current court has a 4-3 conservative majority, but one of the conservatives, current Justice Patience Roggensack, is retiring.

Four candidates are running for an open seat on the Wisconsin State Supreme Court. While officially "non-partisan," Everett Mitchell and Janet Protasiewicz are running as liberal candidates while the other 2 are running as conservative candidates. The top 2 vote-getters will advance to the April 4 General election.

The Georgia US Senate Election Runoff Election is on December 6, 2022

Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock won more votes than any other candidate, but just missed the 50% threshold to win outright

Every registered Georgia voter can vote in the runoff!  It doesn’t matter if you voted in November.

THERE ARE 3 POSSIBLE PATHS YOU CAN TAKE AS A GEORGIA VOTER ABROAD.  PICK ONE:

PATH 1: YOU'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED A RANKED CHOICE BALLOT - CONFIRM IT WAS ACCEPTED

1. Go to https://mvp.sos.ga.gov/s and click on “Absentee Ballot Portal,” search for “12/06/2022 Runoff Election” and “Accepted Ballot Status”.

2. If it was Received but not “Accepted,” please contact your election office immediately. If there’s a problem, you may be able to fix it!

Or, go to www.votefromabroad.org/ga  and scroll down to “Find Your Election Office.”

3. If you can't confirm that it was "Received," it may have been lost or delayed in the mail. If you don't get confirmation soon, you can mail in a new ballot to ensure your vote is received in time!

It's always a good idea to email your election office to let them know when you're sending in a duplicate ballot due to your original ballot not being received.

If the Runoff ballot is available to download from https://mvp.sos.ga.gov/s, please do so. Then fill it out and mail it back to Georgia.

What elections are there in Alaska? What am I voting for?

Voting has never been more important and your vote is crucial! 

Alaska will hold its Midterm elections for US Representatives and US Senate as well as state-wide offices for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State Supreme Court, and your State Representatives and State Senators. 

All Alaska overseas voters can vote in these important elections!

All overseas voters can vote for their US Representative and US Senator. AND you may also be able to vote for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State Supreme Court, and your representatives to the Alaska state legislature. It depends on the category you choose when you request your ballot:

• If you choose "intend to return": You are eligible to vote in Alaska state elections.
  *You don't have to have a set date of return and it doesn't have to be within a set time frame, but you do need to have an intention to return at some time in the future.
  
  
• If your “return is uncertain” or if you’ve “never resided” in Alaska: You won’t be eligible to vote in Alaska state elections, but you can vote for your US House Representative and US Senator.

Let’s keep Alaska’s House seat Blue! Against the odds, Mary Peltola beat Sarah Palin decisively and with your vote, she can do it again! We must hold onto this seat to keep – and expand – the Democratic majority in Congress.

(If needed, it will also serve as a voter registration.) To ensure you receive your ballot in time, please check the box on the FPCA to have your blank ballot sent to you by “Email/Online” or “Fax”.

You can send in your FPCA to your local election office in Alaska by email (recommended) or fax or mail:

• If you are registered to vote, you MUST still send in an FPCA to request your ballot in 2022 to vote in this election.

NEW HAMPSHIRE IS HOLDING ITS CRUCIAL MIDTERM ELECTIONS – MAKE SURE YOUR VOICE IS HEARD!

What elections are there in New Hampshire? What am I voting for?

Voting has never been more important and your vote is crucial! 

New Hampshire will hold its Midterm elections for US Representatives and US Senate as well as state-wide offices for Governor, Lieutenant Governor and your State Representatives and State Senators. 

All New Hampshire overseas voters can vote in these important elections!

All overseas voters can vote for their US Representative and US Senator. Send Democrat Maggie Hassan back to the US Senate to keep – and maybe expand – the Democratic majority. Your vote is crucial! Maggie Hassan won in 2016 by about 1,000 votes (0.1%), and this election is rated as a toss-up too. 

And you may also be able to vote for Governor, Executive Council members, and your representatives to the New Hampshire legislature. It depends on the category you choose when you register to vote and request your ballot:

• If you "intend to return": You are eligible to vote in New Hampshire state elections.
  *You don't have to have a set date of return and it doesn't have to be within a set time frame, but you do need to have an intention to return at some time in the future.

All overseas voters can vote for their US Representative. • If you "intend to return": You are eligible to vote in Minnesota state elections.

New for 2022! You’ll now receive two ballots -- a Regular Ballot for the regular election and a Ranked Choice Ballot to fill out for any runoff elections that may occur. You should fill out and return BOTH ballots.

Don’t wait for a Runoff Election to be declared, you may not be able to mail your ballot back in time. Fill out your Ranked Choice Ballot and send it back now. If it’s not needed, it will be discarded. 

To vote the ranked choice Runoff ballot, write “1” in the box next to the name of the candidate who is your first choice, “2” for your second choice, etc. You don't need to rank all the candidates for an office, it's your choice.

This is a Ranked Choice Ballot, where you indicate your order of preference. Using the "Write In Candidates" section, write in the office and the name the candidate, then write “1” next to the name of the candidate who is your first choice, “2” for your second choice, etc. You don't need to rank all the candidates for an office, it's your choice.

As with the regular ballot, if you indicated you "intend to return" you may rank your choices for any state offices that may go to a Runoff.
