Victoria -- Vote In-Person in DA's Global Presidential Primary

Join us to vote in-person in Democrats Abroad Global Presidential Primary!

The Democrats Abroad Global Presidential Primary (GPP) runs from March 3 to March 10, 2020.

If you are a member of Democrats Abroad Canada, please join us on March 7, 2020, to vote in-person! We'll be at Knox Presbyterian Church, located at 2964 Richmond Rd (near Lansdowne Middle School), from 11am-3pm. Hope to see you at the polls!

DATE: Sat, March 7, 2020

TIME: 11am - 3pm

PLACE:  Knox Presbyterian Church, 2964 Richmond Rd (MAP)

PARKING: Parking available at the Church and next door at Artemis School as well as free street parking

RSVP: Not required! (But feel free to let us know you'll be coming if you wish)

REMEMBER: You can't vote for a presidential candidate twice! But if you vote in the GPP, you can still vote in your state's primary for all of the other races, such as US Senate, US House and any state and local races.

Important information: to vote in-person at the Victoria site, GPP voters must meet the following criteria:

• Be abroad and be a U.S. Citizen
• Be a member of Democrats Abroad Canada (same day registration is ALLOWED)
  
• Be 18 years old as of November 3, 2020
• Not have voted, or plan to vote, in any other 2020 state presidential primary

Voters may join DA at the Voting Centre on March 7th, or sign up beforehand at www.democratsabroad.org/join

*Spread the word to your US citizen friends and family! Any US citizen who lives outside the US and will be 18 years old by Nov 3 can join Democrats Abroad and vote in the GPP. They can join and vote in-person at the Voting Centre on March 7th. Or, they can join DA and vote remotely by Email, Fax, or Postal Mail. Just go to: www.democratsabroad.org/primary for instructions how to join DA, then download and submit a ballot.

On Feb 18th, we sent out an email with a link to your GPP ballot, including instructions for sending it back in, either by Email, Fax, or Postal Mail.  If you don’t see it, please check your Spam folder. Or go to www.democratsabroad.org/primary and follow the instructions to download and submit a ballot. Your ballot must be received by DA prior to 12:00 am PST on March 11, 2020.
