In order to comply with Articles 14.1 and 14.4 of the Democrats Abroad Mexico Bylaws, the following schedule is shared in order to ensure that members are given notice of and an opportunity to participate in meetings of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
September 22, 2020 6:30 pm - DAMX Board of Directors Meeting
October 27, 2020 6:30 pm - DAMX Executive Committee Meeting
November 24, 2020 6:30 pm - DAMX Board of Directors Meeting
December 15, 2020 6:30 pm - DAMX Executive Committee Meeting
January 19, 2021 6:30 pm - Board of Directors Meeting
March 12 - 14, 2021 - Annual General Meeting
Meetings are held via the platform WebEx. Members wishing to attend Meetings must notify the Secretary of Administrative Records here to get a link to meeting.
Members are asked to remain muted, with their video turned off to help reduce needed band width for the meeting. Also, members are required to use a computer to login, not a phone connection, due to the fees associated with phone connections.
The Chair may open any Meeting for comments of attending members if time permits.
