DA Zürich Resist - Minnesota vs ICE: A Model for Anywhere

From December to February, Minnesotans' solidarity with their neighbors and community organizing impressed the world. What made Minneapolis the place where that happened? What lessons can other places take from the Minnesota experience? What can we do today, to be ready when an authoritarian threat comes to our own communities? And, what can we do to support Minnesotans as they continue to stand up to a bully regime?

After the talk, attendees are invited to call elected representatives on this or any topic. We will share how to make an effective call, where to find phone numbers and talking points, and the support of calling in community. If you do not have service that includes US numbers, phones will be available to borrow.
