Join us to get (re-)introduced to the Voter Help Desk's Intercom platform, which we use for fielding voters’ and other questions, and get ready for 2024! Use your Voter Assistance Training to respond by email to voters' questions from all over the world.

This live training and questions session (and short quiz) will lead you through all you need to navigate the Voter Help Desk (Intercom) platform. We look forward to you joining our fantastic team of online voter assistants and other DA volunteers! New users and returning users with questions are welcome!
