The DA Ireland Elections are coming up this May for the 2023-2025 term. Here are key dates: Key Dates · April 4, 2023: Announcement of Key Dates and Elections Cycle commencing · April 19, 2023: Call for Nominations and official elections information announcement · May 3: Nominations close · NLT May 5: List of nominated Candidates and their statements will be sent to DA-Ireland members and posted on the DA-Ireland website · May 20: Election meeting is held in person (in Dublin) and remotely. Voting will be electronic (using computers, tablets and Smartphones) and the NEC will announce the results. The AGM will follow. Positions to be filled include: · Chair (DPCA Voting Representative) · Vice Chair (DPCA Voting Representative) · Secretary (DPCA Voting Representative) · Treasurer (DPCA Voting Representative) · Counsel (DPCA Voting Representative) · and Four At-large members You can read the DA-Ireland Bylaws (which describe the Officer and other Executive Committee positions and DPCA voting allocations, and Articles 15 & 16 covers Elections and Nominations) linked HERE, and the DA Election Rules here.
