DA Kenya's Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025
Dear members of Democrats Abroad Kenya,
We are pleased to invite you to our third Annual General Meeting and Elections for Democrats Abroad Kenya (DAKE) on March 29th.
Join us at Crafty Chameleon in Lavington. We will be hosting a Members Meet and Greet starting at 2 pm, followed by our Annual General Meeting from 3-4:30 pm, and a special visit (virtual) from DNC Vice Chair Malcolm Kenyatta.
We will hold elections for DAKE’s 2025-2027 leadership during the meeting and vote on proposed amendments to our bylaws.
How to Vote
✅ Advanced Online Voting: After reviewing candidate statements, cast your ballot in advance HERE. Early voting is open until March 28 at midnight. Make sure to include your full name and email address.
✅ In-Person Voting: Vote for current nominees at the AGM. We will also nominate and vote for candidates to fill positions that don’t currently have nominees. Please consider whether you would like to nominate yourself for Secretary or Vice Chair.

Bylaws Amendment for Vote at Annual General Meeting
You will also be asked to vote on an amendment to the DAKE Bylaws that has been proposed by the current Executive Committee.
Please read the proposed amendment to be prepared for the vote and thank you very much for your valued participation.
