Solidarity Sundays: PA Postcards & 2026 Strategy

2026 could be the year we push back—or the year authoritarianism locks in for a decade. Pennsylvania’s State House is currently 102 Democrats, 101 Republicans. Lose one seat and Republicans control redistricting through 2041. They’ll draw the maps that determine everything: voting access, gerrymandering, every policy fight for ten years.

We’re planning a postcard campaign targeting swing voters in the 2026 races that will decide control. These districts are won by hundreds of votes. Our postcards increase turnout by the margin that tips races.

Then we’re building SolSun’s 2026 calendar: which fights are winnable from Vienna, where small groups like ours can shift outcomes, who organizes what. If you need to do something that matters instead of just watching things get worse, this is where we figure out how.
