Special Canada Meeting Announcement

Purpose: Under current Democrats Abroad Canada Bylaws, the Annual General Meeting must be held by March 30, 2026. Due to unforeseen circumstances, meeting that deadline with the advance notice required for soliciting candidate nominations is not possible. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to announce the vote results.

Democrats Abroad Canada leadership requests members' approval to defer the Annual General Meeting to Saturday, May 2, 2026.

• Click here to cast your electronic ballot. The deadline for voting is Midnight Monday, March 23rd. The results are announced at the Special Meeting.
  
• RSVP at this link if you would like to attend the Special Members Meeting on March 24, 2025 (8:00 PM EDT / 9:00 PM ADT / 5:00 PM PDT). The only business of this very short meeting will be to approve this extension and confirm the date for our AGM and election.
