Democrats Abroad will open its Mumbai voting centre from 11am to 3pm on 5 March for Democratic Party members in India to cast their votes in the Global Presidential Primary. Votes cast in this primary election will help decide the way the 22 DA delegates to the July 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia are allocated towards the party's candidate for president of the United States.
