Friday, February 6
Everyone is welcome to arrive in Berlin on Friday afternoon. We will have an informal gathering to allow members to already start to meet (to be announced later).
Saturday, February 7 - DA Germany Annual General Meeting
The main meeting will take place on Saturday at the Jugendherberge Ostkreuz. It will be a hybrid event, so that as many members of DA Germany can participate and contribute to developing our plan of action for getting out the vote in 2026.
This meeting will be focused on looking ahead and what we want to focus on in the coming years. We will address the questions: What should be our priorities? What are our members most concerned about? What does “resistance” mean? This meeting will be an opportunity to have open discussions and help shape DA Germany.
That evening, join us for dinner at a venue exclusive to us, near the Jugendherberge, to continue meeting members from across all DA Germany chapters and to hear from a (to be announced) guest speaker.
Sunday, February 8 - DA Germany Executive Committee Meeting
Members of the Germany Executive Committee (ExCom) will meet for a leadership meeting.
Anyone not on the ExCom will have the chance to go on a tour or other activity (to be announced). Following those activities, everyone is welcome to meet at a local restaurant for lunch before heading back home.

Cost
Under the rules of the Democratic Party and Democrats Abroad, a fee for attending the meeting is not allowed.
However, we are requesting donations to defray the cost of renting the venue and A/V set up for the virtual meeting format. Once you RSVP below, you will be directed to a page, where you can contribute towards these costs.
There are costs associated with food and beverages offered during the Saturday meeting, for which we need to ask that all attendees cover their own expense. If you attend in person, you must at minimum make a donation to pay for catering.

DA Germany understands the accompanying financial cost of attending the AGM, which is why we are offering three stipends to enable more members to attend. Please apply using this form
