Americans March for Freedom & Democracy: Join Us

April 25 is Freedom Day in Portugal. 

It is the anniversary of the Carnation Revolution through which the Portuguese people overthrew the dictatorship that dominated every part of their lives. In its place they created Portuguese democracy which is celebrated every year with a massive Freedom Day Parade in Lisbon.

Members of Democrats Abroad will be joining with Forward Together Portugal and other Americans in marching for freedom and democracy along with thousands of Portuguese people. If you have never been to the Freedom Parade, you do not want to miss it. It is an incredibly energizing event. Please RSVP below.
