Here’s what you can do:
Ask for your ballot to be sent to you by email. Overseas voters who “intend to return” may vote in Pennsylvania state elections.
You must request your ballot for 2023 even if you’re already registered to vote. You have until October 31, 2023 (Civilian) or November 6, 2023 (Military or family member) to request your ballot.
If you need to, you can also register to vote at the same time, but you’ll need to send in your form by October 23, 2023, at 5 p.m. Pennsylvania time.

- Vote early - Ballots will be available starting 23 September. Once you receive your ballot, please vote and send it back right away. This will give you enough time to confirm your ballot was received and to make sure it will be counted.
- Tell your friends and family - If you know a U.S. citizen living abroad who can vote in this election, please ask them to register to vote at www.votefromabroad.org make sure you remind your friends and family in the U.S. to vote too.
