Rep. Boyle represents the 2nd Pennsylvania congressional district, which includes all of Northeast Philadelphia and parts of North Philadelphia east of Broad Street, as well as portions of Philadelphia's River Wards. He currently serves on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee and the House Committee on the Budget. He is the founder and co-chair of the “Blue Collar Caucus” which advocates for working families by addressing wage stagnation, job insecurity, and the future of work. He is serving his third term in Congress.
