30 Sept Consulate Ballot Drop Meet-up: Sandton

 

Does your state require mail-in / postal return of ballots?

Gauteng "Mail In" Voters - Let's Meet at Doppio Zero Sandton City and Drop Off Our Ballots Together at the Sandton Consulate on Tuesday 30 September.  

The Consulate will take ballots for drop-off between 3-4pm so we'll meet for coffee at Doppio from 2pm and then walk over to the Consulate together at 3pm. 

Please check your state-specific info and ballot return instructions at www.votefromabroad.org and in the info you receive from your local election officials after you request your ballot. All ballots sent via the Consulates must be in postage-paid/stamped envelopes addressed to your local officials. 

 

NOTE: If your state is still running old school mail, your options are to either send it by courier or drop it off in a stamped or postage paid envelope at the Consulate in Sandton, Cape Town or Durban to make use of their Diplomatic Pouch. 

If you're going to use the Consulate Diplomatic Pouch, we strongly recommend you drop it off by Tuesday 30 September (or sooner) as the Pouch can take several weeks.
