Walk With Us in Mons

Discover the historic center of Mons with us: we will meet at 10am at the tourist information office "Visit Mons" (27 Grand Place) and then start with the 15th century architecture of the Grand Place, visit the famous UNESCO World Heritage site with the 87m baroque Belfry in the castle gardens, swing by the cathedral and conclude the tour with the charming Lucy “La petite filled aux papillons” (the little girl with butterflies) which is a monumental sculpture on the Square Roosevelt.  For those who would like some refreshments afterwards, we will head to the Texas Coffee House.  We won’t have time to visit the WWII museum or the Dou Dou Museum on this trip, so we’ll save them and other gems of historic Mons for the next time.
