Meet-Up (in French) for Zohran
Join us for a conversation in French between French and American supporters of Zohran's campaign for mayor of New York City. We will discuss his campaign platform, his campaign strategy, the political context in New York at this moment, and evaluate his strategies for youth and minority outreach to drive turnout in often sleepy local elections.
Co-hosted by French Girls for Zohran, a Paris-based generational collective supporting Zohran Mamdani, an emerging figure in the American progressive movement. Founded by Sarah Machkor, Ines Alliouane, and Flaviana Vilela Da Silva, the group is inspired by Mamdani’s vision of political engagement, social justice, and community participation. French Girls for Zohran seeks to create bridges between cultures, ideas, and generations, encouraging young people in France to get involved, engage in local democracy, and draw inspiration from Mamdani’s campaign for meaningful change.
