Q&A with Money Lies & God author Katherine Stewart

Investigative journalist Katherine Stewart joins us on December 9 to discuss her book Money, Lies and God: Inside the Movement to Destroy American Democracy. Her New York Times bestseller exposes the inner workings of the “engine of unreason“ roiling American culture and politics. How did we get to the point where an organized political movement is working to destroy American democracy? Why have so many Americans turned against democracy?

Stewart is a go-to authority on Christian nationalism and the threats to American democracy. Rob Reiner’s recent documentary God & Country is based on her 2020 book The Power Worshippers.
