Rally for Bridges Not Walls

Join us in standing up for equality, openness and inclusion! This week we have a unique opportunity to send our message to our elected officials as Vice-President Pence, Sens. McCain and Whitehouse, as well as Sec of Defense and Sec of Homeland Security will all be in town. We will be rallying parallel to the Munich Security conference in affirmation of our core values.

We want to send a message that will stand against the Administration's attacks on freedom of religion, on freedom of the press, on equality under the law.

Come out in defense of our democracy! This will be an affirmative rally against actions we think are against our shared values:

We don’t scapegoat.

We don’t separate families.
We don’t hate love.
We don’t fear a woman’s opinion.
We don’t torture.
We don’t fear the different.
We don’t lie and manipulate.

Building bridges has always been a surer way to freedom and security than relying on division and fear. The rapid changes by the Trump Administration are an immediate threat to many in the United States, but also threaten all of our liberty in the long term by sowing division and weakening the bridges between allies.

Join us in standing in support of equality and inclusion domestically and abroad.
Signs are encouraged.  Bring noise!  Bring light (flashlights for your sign)!
