Remember to set a reminder in your calendar for January 1 every year and send in a FPCA (Federal Post Card Application) ballot request form. 

You can do it online at www.votefromabroad.org. Complete the form, and follow the instructions to send the completed and signed form to your local election office in your voting county by mail, fax, or email.

Once your local election office has received your form, you should receive confirmation, and then you are guaranteed to receive your ballots sent to you internationally under federal law at least 45 days before each election for the rest of the calendar year!
