Annual General Meeting -- Hamilton-Burlington-Niagara Chapter, Democrats Abroad Canada
We'll start with a brief business meeting:
- Call to order
- Approve the agenda
- Report from the chapter chair on 2019 activities
- Approval of minutes from previous AGM
- Approval of treasurer report
We'll have a few minutes with Democrats Abroad Canada country chair Steve Nardi.
We'll have time to share as Americans living in Canada our feelings and thoughts about what is going on right now in the States and ideas of what we would like to do about it.
We'll talk about creating a team in our chapter to phone other members of Democrats Abroad to be sure they are currently registered to vote in November and they request their absentee ballots well in advance.
We aim to adjourn by 9 pm.
We also plan to have regular monthly online meetings for mutual support and to move our plans forward.
