Join us on Google Meet at 8pm on April 15, 17, 21, 24, 28, 29 

RSVP to get the Google Meet link 

During the Call Storm we will:

-address questions about making calls from Spain

-summarize 2-3 current urgent political topics

-briefly share information/resources

-commit to making 3-5 calls

-THEN participants GO MAKE CALLS (15 minutes or so) 

-return to the Google Meet and share what we did, how it went, and make plans for next actions 

 

Prepare for the Call Storm: Identify a method to make international calls. Some international calling options are listed below. Feel free to share others with the group during the call storm! Limited support will be available during the call storm. 

• Google Voice - sign in to your Google Account, review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then select a Google Voice number by area code. You'll then need to verify your number and link it to an existing phone number.
• Skype - being retired May 5th, but if you already have an account with credit or a subscription, you can use that.
• TextNow - has an ad-supported free option.
• Yolla - relatively inexpensive paid option.
• Viber Out - paid web browser calling option
• OpenPhone - paid option.
• Other options include wifi calling from a USA eSim, prepaid roaming fees with your existing phone provider, and more.
