Let’s have fun at a sign-making apero on July 1 in Nice!
Ready for some arts and crafts? Join us on Wednesday, July 1 for a fun apero hour of making posters and signs for the July 4th We The People celebration.
This is not our regular Political Wine – we'll resume those in September (yes, we'll be taking a break in August with the rest of France.) But we are inviting you to join us at the same place, same time – Le Napoleon at 6 pm - for this crafty event on July 1.
We’ll have a list of suggested quotes and messages for the signs and some supplies but encourage you to bring your own poster board or cardboard, markers and any images you might want to use. You can still come and help make signs even if you can’t make the July 4th event (but we hope to see you there). Remember, July 4th is not a protest and there will be no negative or critical signs.
Not really into making signs? Come anyway and share a drink and socialize with fellow Dems.
There’s no charge tonight but we ask that you buy a drink or a cup of coffee to support Pierre and his staff. We will still be collecting donations for wreaths at Draguignan and selling the US/French flag friendship pins.
