No Tyrants Protest in Leipzig

On March 28, we will gather in solidarity with the global No Kings protests. Under the banner No Tyrants, we join Americans and allies around the world in affirming a simple but powerful principle: democracy means no kings, no strongmen, and no one above the law.

This protest is a peaceful show of collective resolve. At a time when democratic norms face increasing pressure, we come together to stand for accountability, the rule of law, and the fundamental idea that government derives its power from the people—not from personality, power grabs, or intimidation. Whether you are feeling frustrated, concerned, or simply determined to defend democratic institutions, this is a moment to stand visibly and peacefully alongside others who share those values. Bring a sign, bring a friend, and bring your voice. All are welcome, regardless of nationality.

Our rally will meet at 2pm at the southern S-Bahn entrance in Marktplatz. At 2:45, we will march to the nearby US Consulate. In doing so, we will carry our message directly to a symbol of American democracy abroad, demonstrating that citizens everywhere are paying attention and demanding accountability.
