2016 Annual General Meeting
On March 2, 2016 at 19:30, Democrats Abroad Belgium will have its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the membership and hold a special election for the vacated positions of Vice-Chairperson and Secretary of the Executive Committee (ExCom). The AGM will also cover reports from the Officers of the ExCom, proposed changes to our By-laws, and a call for volunteers to help in areas such as Social Media and Communications, Fundraising, Voter Registration and Events. Descriptions of the vacated ExCom roles and the proposed changes to the By-laws are available for your consideration.
We hope to see as many of you as possible at this annual event. For those who cannot attend, we encourage you to submit a signed proxy form to one of the members of the ExCom by 16:00 on March 2nd. Nominations for Secretary and Vice-Chair should also be submitted by the same time. All documents are available by emailing [email protected].
