DAB Virtual Film Night - Ava DuVernay's 13th
On the heels of the Black Lives Matters Protests across the globe, it is only appropriate that our Confinement Cinema series considers Ava Duvernay's masterful documentary on the US incarceration epidemic, "13th". The film is available on Netflix, together with a conversation with the director herself. Watch the film and join us for an open discussion of the issues it raises and the reactions it provokes in all of us.
