Summer is winding down, but DA Madrid is gearing up! We are pleased to invite you to our next in-person event.

This event showcases two guest speakers:
1-Would you like to get more involved with DA, but aren’t sure how?
Kathy Tullos, DA Spain’s new chair, is travelling from her home in Alicante to meet us in person. She will be touching on the greatest challenges and needs we face this cycle in the run-up to the midterms, how people can get involved, and where we are going as an organization. We are looking forward to hosting you, Kathy!
2-Have you heard of DA’s caucuses (Black caucus, LGBTQ caucus, women’s caucus, etc.), but don’t know how to join, or what a caucus even does?
Carlos Colao, DA Spain’s recently-appointed vice-chair, will also be with us to share his experience working with caucuses and to explain what caucuses are. This is a great way for members to contribute to democracy by working with causes they are passionate about. A long-time Madrid member, Carlos is excited to both see some old faces and meet some new. Thanks for joining us, Carlos!
