Fundraising Event: Political Appetizers with Congressional Candidate Derek Marshall

Please join us on Saturday, July 13th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in welcoming Derek Marshall, a former Democrats Abroad member in Germany and current candidate for congress in California’s 23 district. The 23rd district is an increasingly battleground race driven by working families moving to the area after being priced out from Los Angeles. You can learn more about Derek, his campaign and the issues he's fighting for here.

We will be serving wine, cheese and scintillating political conversation with Derek and other members from Democrats Abroad. 

Please note, this is a ticketed, fundraising event. $25 for members and $10 for students. Ticket purchase includes two drinks (wine, beer or soft drinks) and light snacks. All donations go to Democrats Abroad and our get out the vote efforts in 2024.

The event is taking place in a private home in Dahlem, close to the U3 Dahlem Dorf U Bahn station or the Löhlinstr. bus stop on the 110 or the M11. The exact location will be sent to those that have RSVPd and purchased a ticket.

For those who want to continue the political discussion afterwards over dinner, there are two beer gardens within walking distance of the venue. We would be happy to assist with reservations if you wish.
