All overseas voters can vote in South Carolina State Elections -- and your vote can be the difference! Turnout for Special Elections tend to be very low and just a few votes -- such as yours -- can be key. Let’s elect Democrat Marvin Pendarvis as representative for South Carolina State House District 113 (covering parts of Dorchester and Charleston counties).

It's simple to vote! Use Electronic Voting Accessibility Tool (EVAT), SC's online system to request your ballot and print it out. Send in your completed ballot by EMAIL or FAX by November 7 at 7pm (South Carolina time). If you send your ballot in by MAIL, it must be POSTMARKED by November 7 at 7pm AND RECEIVED in South Carolina by November 9 at 7pm.

If you aren't able to use EVAT, just go to www.votefromabroad.org to request your ballot. Fill out the form, print it, sign it and send it to South Carolina by EMAIL, FAX or MAIL. It must get to South Carolina by November 7 at 7pm.

  • Then, when you get your ballot, EMAIL or FAX it back by November 7 at 7pm. If you send it in by MAIL, it must be POSTMARKED by November 7 at 7pm AND RECEIVED in South Carolina by November 9 at 7pm.
