Talking to kids about race and racism

TALKING TO KIDS ABOUT RACE & RACISM

Join DASA for a session on Talking to Kids About Race & Racism

Wednesday 26 May
19:30-20:30 SAST
Online through Zoom

Our speakers, Mpho and Jennie Tsekwa (DASA member), are two of the founding directors of the Kopanya Institute, a social change organisation that has been offering an 8-week online course on this topic in schools and to the general public since 2018.

This session, for adults, is particularly aimed at Americans and their partners, living in South Africa.

We are developing a DASA series focused on raising the next generation as socially conscious, proactive American citizens - especially targeted to those living in SA. This is the start of it!

Please RSVP to receive the Zoom link.
