The Trump administration is detaining migrants, including small children who have been separated from their parents, under inhumane conditions in places that have been described as concentration camps.
On Friday July 12th, 2019, Lights for Liberty: A Vigil to End Human Concentration Camps, will bring thousands of people to locations worldwide into the streets to protest the inhumane conditions faced by migrants.
In Stockholm, Democrats Abroad Sweden is organizing a peaceful vigil at 16:30 at Raoul Wallenbergs torg. Because it won't be dark enough for candles, bring single flowers instead. We'll begin at 16:45. Families, as well as non-US citizen friends and allies are welcome to join.

If you don't have Facebook, just send an email to email@example.com.
Please note that the police permit request for this gathering is still pending, so there may be changes to the details. We'll update this event accordingly.
For those who can't attend in person, or who live in other parts of the country, you can participate in the virtual vigil which is being held globally in collaboration between Democrats Abroad and Lights for Liberty.
