This primary is open to all U.S. citizens living in Luxembourg. You must be at least 18 years old as of 8 Nov 2016 (General Election Day). This primary is open only to U.S. citizens who support the principles of the Democratic Party. (The Democratic Party is a big tent and you are very welcome. If you want to discuss the principles of the Democratic Party, we're more than happy to talk with you.) While you're at the polling place, request your ballot for the general election.
